Every new paid plan includes a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 15 days of your first payment, request a full refund at support@holawp.com.
1) Eligibility
The refund policy applies to first-time purchases of new paid plans. Renewals, add-ons, and custom services are excluded unless required by law.
2) Refund Window
You may request a refund within 15 calendar days from the initial payment date for your qualifying plan.
3) How to Request
Email support@holawp.com from your account email and include your site domain and billing details so we can locate the transaction quickly.
4) Processing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.
5) Service After Refund
After a refund is completed, associated paid features may be suspended. You remain responsible for exporting or migrating any data you need.
6) Chargebacks and Abuse
Fraudulent claims, abuse, or policy violations may result in denied refunds and account restrictions.
7) Changes
We may update this policy. Changes apply prospectively from the published update date.
